Hello gamers, fans, and competitors,
Welcome to the Esports Amaze community forum. From tracking the fastest live scores in mobile esports to debating industry news, PC/console titles, and grassroots networking, this is your central hub.
With a passionate and growing community, we want to ensure that all discussions, match reactions, and database updates are tasteful, relevant, and productive. Therefore, we have established clear guidelines on what is encouraged, what is not tolerated, and how our moderation team will enforce the House Rules.
Respect & Inclusion
- Always treat all members with respect. While friendly rivalries between fans of different teams are allowed, abuse is not.
- Personal attacks, insults, or harassment of other users, moderators, players, organization owners, or staff will not be tolerated.
- Racism, sexism, religious discrimination, homophobia, casteism, xenophobia, or any other form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.
- No defamatory content: Do not post false statements that could damage the reputation of players, organizations, Esports Amaze staff, or anyone else in the industry.
Healthy Banter & Debate
- Gaming and esports thrive on intense rivalries, star players, underdogs, and high-stakes matches. Banter and humor are highly encouraged.
- Spirited disagreement is welcome; toxic behavior is not. Don’t let debates get too heated—avoid offensive language.
- Avoid spamming repetitive arguments in live match threads, using excessive caps lock, or posting disruptive comments.
- Keep debates on topic. Irrelevant content in a specific tournament thread may be removed.
Fact-Based Reporting & Rumors
- When breaking news or making bold claims about a tournament organizer, player, or team, please aim to provide a source.
- While not providing a source isn’t a bannable offense, spreading malicious or fabricated rumors is.
- If you are sharing unverified information (e.g., roster changes, leak updates), you must apply the
Rumor tag to your thread.
Harmful, Sensitive, & Illegal Content
- Hate speech, slurs, or derogatory terms will result in an immediate ban.
- Cruelty towards players (e.g., wishing physical injury, mocking tragedies) is strictly forbidden.
- Zero tolerance for cheats: Sharing information about the proceeds of crime, game hacks, aimbots, or any activity intended to deceive or defraud others is strictly prohibited and will lead to a permanent ban.
- Content promoting, glorifying, or instructing on illegal activities will be removed immediately.
Spam, Promotions & External Links
- No spamming posts, flooding live discussion threads, or re-posting the exact same content.
- No advertising, competitor promotion, or unauthorized external links.
- Sharing external resources is perfectly fine when relevant to the discussion (e.g., stats from the Esports Amaze database, highlight clips, social media posts from players/teams).
- Do not use this board solely to drop links to your personal YouTube channels or streams.
Using The Correct Forum Tags
The Esports Amaze forums are organized using a strict Category and Tagging system.
- Always post in the Primary Tag relevant to your topic (e.g., Mobile Esports, General Gaming, Grassroots Ecosystem).
- Avoid posting general hardware or industry news in a dedicated tournament thread.
Privacy & Personal Information
- Never share your own personal information (full name, address, phone number, email, etc.) or that of others.
- When sharing screenshots of games, chats, or scores, ensure there is no personal information or IP addresses visible.
Respect for Moderators
- Moderators are here to help maintain balance and keep live threads clean, not to silence opinions.
- Do not publicly attack moderators or argue about removed content in the threads.
- Abusing or harassing moderators will result in a permanent ban.
Consequences
Depending on the severity of the violation, moderators may:
- Remove the comment/post or alter the thread tags.
- Issue a formal warning.
- Ban the user (temporarily or permanently).
Zero tolerance applies to hate speech, illegal content, cheating distribution, and harassment.
