Why can't BGMS be IPL of bgmi

NODWIN can make a win move by including international teams in the BGMS by picking top 4 teams from the PMRC(Rivals Cup for KOREA and JAPAN).It will make the tournament more interesting and intense. The Indian teams are suffering lack of international exposure and this may help a lot.
Inviting international teams to play BGMI most probably does not bother the government of India. :

will krafton allow it? as it can diminish official events / BMIC, if other TOs can invite teams as well.

I don't think so , NODWIN's BGMS is almost treated as official event( not by Krafton) even though it have exclusive features like powerplay and bounty. NODWIN has earned this throughout the years, no other TO has this good production and recognition.
